Aim of Unit 6: Research Project
Development of learner’s s skill is the main intention of this part of Unit 6 Research Project. Substantive research investigation has been conducted in this part of the study. Important research elements have been addressed which is included with a research proposal, methodologies along with formal research strategies. Ethical consideration is an important part of the time of conducting any research work. The program of health and social care is also addressed in this unit. This is all about the ascertainment of theoretical knowledge.

Learning outcomes
1. Understand how to formulate a research specification
2. be able to implement the research project within agreed procedures and to specification
3. be able to evaluate the research outcomes
4 Be able to present the research outcomes.
LO1 Understand how to formulate a research specification
This unit of the study specifically focused on the ways of conducting research work and a completion of the task. One of the most important parts of this is data collection. The data collection process can be done in two different ways such as quantitative and qualitative approach. Quantitative data collection is contained with numerical data and graphs which are not present in qualitative approach. The critique in analysis has been also addressed. The key references are books and journals. Ethical consideration is also an important part in research and analysis. Overall strategy during the task also addressed in this unit.
LO2 be able to implement the research project within agreed procedures and to specification
Application of research is the second important part during conducting any task. Thus, a collection of authentic data is not enough. It has to place accordingly. The application of pilot research tools had been addressed here. Data collection is an important part of this. The step by step process of this are selection of participants, set questions, systematic recording of data, variables and consolidation. Data reliability is also an important part of this unit.
LO3 Be able to evaluate the research outcomes
This part deals with evaluation of outcomes. This is the most crucial part of the study because though the project has become successful or not has been addressed in this part. This part is considered with statistical technique. Significance of research investigation has been also highlighted in this part and application of the research has been also identified. The findings from the study have been collected and the recommendation has been suggested. The further improvements have been also highlighted in this part.
LO4 be able to present the research outcomes
This part of the unit deals with formatting of the task. This is one of the most crucial parts. The way of formatting of one project is not similar to other type of project. Learners get a clear idea which method has to be followed for which kind of project. Answering questions which has been collected from audience during survey has to be research project.
