Since tourism in the UK has been flourishing in recent times, different types of tourism and different sectors like hotels, restaurants, bars and pubs have been doing extremely well business. Tourism sector in the UK has given rise to the role of transport, mass tourism and ecotourism. Role of public and private sector in tourism in UK like government legislation, public sector initiatives and accommodation providers and voluntary sector organizations have massive impact on the tourism in the UK.

In the year 2016, the tourism industry in UK made contribution of about 217 billion British pounds. It can be controlled by implementing various measures like using eco friendly products and save the natural heritage like forests and trees.
