Aim of Unit 10 Business Health Check
Unit 10 Business Health Check will give a brief idea about the tour and traveling market how the market is going on and what are the new trends which are going to come in the market. This will make them understand about the turnover and profit of the organization taking customer and employee satisfaction into account. This unit will help them out with the marketing strategy of the organization and the quality of their service to achieve a sustainable development. Management and staffing skills will also be provided to the learners so they can withstand the new upcoming challenges in this field.

LO 1 Understand the focuses of the business
This unit will give the basic idea about the current position of the organization and will highlight priority list for the organization. This learning will set an idea about the short medium and long term goal of the organization and will not let the organization divert from their major focus points. This study will also give a brief idea about the upcoming factors external or internal which is going to affect the organization along with that the organization will also get to know the new opportunities which are going to come in the tourism market.
LO 2 Be able to develop plans for businesses
This unit will make the learner understand that to run a successful organization one must have to review the work done by the organization in the past, so that the organization will get an idea from the leanings of the past. To achieve a sustainable development the organization needs to introspect its product and services day by day with the changing market. Along with product improvement the organization will have to market it aggressively so that it will attract the consumers.
