LO1 Be able to determine own responsibilities and performance

LO3 Understand the dynamics of working with others

Working with others will provide a proper understanding of the nature of team work and development of long term and informal goals. LO4 Be able to develop strategies for problem solving

A proper definition of the problem has to be identified and analyzed. Identification and assessment of possible outcomes can be identified appropriately. Selecting the corrective action like identification of stages, resources, time scale and critical path analysis can help in the planning and implementing a proper strategy for development. A proper evaluation of whether the problem has been solved or not, size of solutions against the outcomes and sustainability has to be done in a proper way.
