LO1    Understand principles and practices of management behaviour

This section provides detailed information regarding the practices and principles of management behaviour. This is conveyed through various management and leadership theories such as classical management theory, autocratic and democratic leadership. This will further be made understood with several approaches to management and leadership that include system approach, contingency approach and so on. Various process of communication will also be made understood to learners for acquiring an effective understanding among the employees of an organisation. This section also encloses different organisational culture and changes for acquiring better growth and development.

LO2 Be able to review own potential as a prospective manager

In this section, the learners will be able to develop knowledge about the appraisal of self-knowledge through various skills such as leadership skills, management skills, personal skills and technical skills.
