Aim of unit 21:
Supporting Significant Life Events life events health and social care deals with the real life experience which is supported by service effectiveness. This transmission is completely associated with the human life cycle and makes adjustments as per the requirements. Learners need to take responsibility of others to make the experience of an individual better For example, a patient suffered from trauma. Thus, only medical treatment is not sufficient for that individual to get rid from the situation. Love and affection must be provided as well. A learner should be aware regarding maintenance of dignity and self respect. An individual who is engaged with such a service must have a clear image to be presented an in front of others to gain respect.

LO1 Understand how significant life events impact on individuals and their social networks
Significance of life events has been addressed in this part and one important factor which work best in this social network. Such events has been addressed which are directly connected with life stages. The strategy of life changes in each alternative day. Personal relationships, health and economic circumstances work best in this regard. Learners also get to know about economic circumstances. The cultural differences play a negative role for establishment of effective communication. Thus, the learners need to know about the ways which will help in a mitigation of difference. The issues which occur in the way of reduction of mobility help a lot to make the communication system better.
LO2 Understand the support available for individuals experiencing significant life events
Significant life events has been addressed in this part of the unit and the supporting factors in this regard are family, group and communities. The users of health and social care level 3 unit 21 are highly benefited with this. Three important supports which have to be present in this are confidentiality, bereavement and accessing of specialist services. Along with internal resources there is also a requirement of external resources as well. To support the event the learners has to take help of framework. The e learners get to know about different agencies as well. Deaf society, Dementia association is two important agencies about which learners may learn about.

Only providing support to the organizations are not enough. A health and social care employees need to be in touch with the organization to collect regular feedback. Whether the support is being helpful for the patients or not has been addressed in this part. The learners get a clear insight regarding the ways of application of policies. Adaptation of f service is also an important part of this. Personal experiences have been also presented and this is presented with the support of self awareness. Improvement areas are also recommended along with policies and strategies.
